The Original Tack Hanger orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time.

We accept returns on undamaged Original Tack Hangers within 30 days of delivery. Custom Tack Hangers are non-refundable due to their made-to-order nature. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
